Apartment No. 11 is located on the first floor. With approximately 40 m² of space, you’ll have plenty of room here. The vacation rental in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn features a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. You can spend cozy hours on the covered balcony. You’re only about 350 meters from the beach.
The living area is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. For entertainment, there’s also a collection of books, a phone, a stereo, and a TV.
The adjoining kitchenette features two ceramic stovetops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Right next door, you can relax on the double bed in the bedroom. The closet offers plenty of storage space for your travel essentials. You can darken the room using the curtains.
The apartment’s bathroom is located inside the unit. It features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, and a large mirror. The entire apartment features designer flooring. Only the wet areas have tile floors.
You can park your car in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m; not suitable for station wagons!). Bicycles can be securely stored in a bike shed.
A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in a separate room.

The Strandstraße 32 apartment building is located on the second row, right in the center of Kühlungsborn Ost. It is only about 350 m from the pier and the beach. You can access the individual vacation apartments in the two buildings via the stairs. The building features a common area with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
