This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is modern and spacious, accommodating 2–4 people.
One bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and another with a double bed (1.40 m), featuring well-maintained, comfortable mattresses and additional mattress toppers, provide sleeping accommodations for up to four people.
Blankets and pillows are also provided for four people.
The living area is furnished with a seating area and a dining table with four chairs.
A well-equipped kitchenette (new in 2022) with a microwave and induction cooktop allows for self-catering if desired.
The bathroom, which features natural light, a shower, and a toilet, rounds out this vacation rental and was also renovated in 2022.
A beach umbrella, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, as well as cleaning supplies, are provided.
The apartment has two small balconies facing east that catch the beautiful morning sun.
On one of them, you’ll find two chairs and a table where you can comfortably enjoy your afternoon coffee—perhaps with a slice of cake from the bakery right next door.
On the second balcony, a comfortable lounger awaits you for sunbathing or relaxing.
Pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.
This is also a non-smoking apartment.
All windows are equipped with allergy-friendly pleated blinds, and the floors are tiled or hardwood—there is no carpet.
A free Wi-Fi hotspot is available in the apartment.
The technical amenities include two flat-screen TVs.

you can alternatively use the paid parking options in the surrounding area.
