The bedroom features a double bed. The bathroom/toilet has a shower. A terrace invites you to relax. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is for non-smokers only.
Parking space No. 4 is available for you in the underground garage.
The underground garage contains double parking spaces; please ensure that your car is no taller than 1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.
If you need a different parking space, we offer you the option of parking on your own at the Seebrücke P2 parking garage (Rudolph-Breitscheid-Straße 15). Please contact us regarding this.
Please note that during peak season, it is required to book a continuous stay or to leave a minimum gap of 7 or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
