This modern two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the second building in the complex and offers a quiet setting. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (max. 5 people) and measures approximately 34 m².
The bedroom features a bunk bed with a lower bunk width of 1.40 m. The bed can support a weight of 320 kg (180 kg on the lower bunk and 140 kg on the upper bunk).
The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m), providing two additional sleeping spots.
A small kitchen is integrated into the living area, including a dishwasher and a freestanding refrigerator. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.
There is also a terrace available. Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The technical amenities include a TV and a stereo system. A parking space (number 33) is available for your car in the underground garage. Please note that this is a double parking space. Therefore, it is important that your car is no taller than 1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m. The vehicle’s total weight must also not exceed 2,000 kg.
If your car does not meet the specified dimensions, we regret that we can only offer you paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter parking garage.
Please note that during the high season, a continuous reservation is required, or there must be a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between reservations. Over the New Year’s holiday, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Utilities and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
