This cozy, high-end studio apartment—which was extensively renovated and refurnished in 2017—offers everything you need for your vacation. Here, you can truly unwind in your own little haven.
The living and sleeping area features a dining nook and a very comfortable couch, complemented by a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep on the large double bed.
Adjacent to the living-sleeping area is the small, fully equipped kitchenette. Here you’ll find a flexible induction cooktop (one burner), a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and, of course, plenty of dishes.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and window. The south-facing terrace invites you to relax.

The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit.
Parking space No. 34 is available for you in the underground garage. The underground parking garage contains double-depth parking spaces; please ensure that your car is no taller than
1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.
If your car is too large or too heavy for this parking option,
the only other option available is paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter parking garage.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utilities and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
