This cozy, high-quality two-room apartment—extensively renovated and newly furnished in 2021—offers everything you need for your vacation. Here, you can truly relax and unwind in your own private space.
The cozy bedroom with a double bed provides two very comfortable sleeping options.
The living area features a dining nook and a comfortable sleeper sofa, and is complemented by a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
Adjacent to the living/sleeping area is the small, well-equipped kitchenette. Here you’ll find an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and, of course, plenty of dishes.
A bathroom with a shower completes the vacation rental.
Parking space No. 40 is available for you in the underground parking garage. The underground parking garage has double parking spaces; please ensure that your car is no taller than
1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.
If your vehicle is too large or too heavy for this parking space, the only other option is paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter parking garage.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
