About this apartment rental
The 84 m² family-friendly 3-room apartment, booa3-27, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 6 people. A particular highlight is the beautifully situated, spacious rooftop terrace facing southwest, where you can enjoy the sun and the mild Baltic Sea climate with the whole family. The apartment also offers the luxury of two bathrooms.
A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.
The Location
This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 3, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 meters away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.
Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. The stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious hallway with a coat closet. The large rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and socialize. From here, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. With the exception of a threshold leading to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.

Our guest reception area, complete with a front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground and free Wi-Fi.

You can reach the underground parking garage (entrance height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance underneath the building. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung so wohl wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Toll fanden wir auch die große Tiefgarage mit Anbindung des Fahrstuhls zu den Wohnungen. Die Benutzung der Sauna, die freundliche Gästebetreuung an der Rezeption, der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Edeka Markt waren noch das I-Tüpfelchen. Wir haben schon für Juli 2022 gebucht.

Modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln. Sicht- und Sonnenschutz ist gut. Balkonmöbel prima.
Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat einen Kleiderschrank auf dem Flur, der belegt war mit Putzmitteln und Auflagen. Von den 6 Schubladen der Kommoden waren 2 mit Bettzeug gefüllt. Insgesamt mangelte es an freier Abstellfläche (zu viel Deko), so auch in den Duschen für Shampoo und Seife. Bei der kleineren Dusche fehlt eine Bodendichtung, nach kurzem Duschen steht der Raum unter Wasser.
Fahrradraum gut.
