The spacious 95 m² 3-room apartment, booa5-47, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 6 people. Of particular note is the spacious rooftop terrace facing northeast; where you can enjoy the view and the refreshing sea air. The apartment offers the luxury of two bathrooms.
A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.
The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 5, facing northeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.
Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The spacious living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The two stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and towel warmer. This high-quality apartment features a spacious entryway with a coat rack.
The rooftop terrace, furnished with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy each other’s company. From here, you’ll have a view toward the coastal forest to the northeast. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living area.
With the exception of a threshold leading to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.

Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the vacation complex—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception, complete with front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground as well as free Wi-Fi.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The apartment comes with an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance located beneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage, as are charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.

An unserer Wohnung hat uns die Lage gut gefallen. Nah zum Strand und Ort. Balkon hatte die richtige Lage. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Die Küchenausstattung könnte aufgefüllt werden. ( z.B. Schüsseln ) Was uns fehlte sind Fliegengitter vor Fenster und Balkontür.
