About this apartment rental
This tastefully decorated 3-room apartment, which sleeps 4–6 people and is located right on the beach in the heart of the city, has everything you could want for your vacation.
Amenities
Decorated in warm beige and brown tones, this 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor (gable side facing the courtyard) spans two levels and is very tastefully furnished for 6 people.
The spacious living/dining area on the lower level is the perfect place to relax, even on rainy days. You’re guaranteed never to get bored during an afternoon of games at the large table in the dining area! Also located on this floor is the living room with a comfortable sofa set and a state-of-the-art multimedia system. The couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for 2 people.
The kitchenette integrated into the living/dining area is equipped with all necessary cooking appliances.
In addition, the apartment features a bright, modern bathroom with a shower and toilet on the same level.
One of the two spacious bedrooms, complete with a comfortable box-spring bed and a closet, is also located on this floor.
The second bedroom is located on the second level, in the attic. Like the living room, this bedroom is also equipped with a TV. You’ll find a dresser here for your clothes. A comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep here as well.
Special Features
The non-smoking apartment in Boltenhagen, along with the Passat, Padua, and Priwall, a separate building entrance. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available in the apartment for free use. There is no balcony here.
A washing machine is available in the hallway for all guests to use free of charge.

Bicycles
There is a simple bike rack for bicycles in the courtyard. There is no storage shed or similar facility.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people, including utilities and linens (for guests ages 4 and up). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
