The Seaside Loft vacation rental is located in a beautiful part of Timmendorfer Strand, just a few steps from the promenade, the beach, and the Baltic Sea.[nbsp] The center of Timmendorfer Strand is about a 10- to 15-minute walk along the promenade, as is the lively Niendorf Harbor.
Located on the top floor (4th floor) of a completely renovated building, the apartment spans two levels and, with two separate bedrooms, offers plenty of space for four people.[nbsp] Hardwood floors and tasteful furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. On the lower level, there is a cozy living area with a TV and stereo system, as well as a dining area for four people and a custom kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, and a two-burner ceramic cooktop. The sunny balcony just off the living area is equipped with an electric awning. Also on this level are a modern shower room and a bedroom equipped with a box-spring bed (160x200), a TV, and blackout curtains. You can reach the second bedroom via a staircase from the hallway. It features a double bed (180x200), a TV, and blackout roller shades. The skylight offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
An elevator, a bicycle storage room (space for your bicycles is not guaranteed), and a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available. An underground parking space is included with the apartment. (Entry height: 1.85 m)
