The Meerzeit vacation rental, newly built in 2022 using sustainable construction methods, is located on the upper floor of a townhouse in a popular residential area of Timmendorfer Strand. The kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are just 300 meters away. Both the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor are conveniently within a 10- to 15-minute walk.
A beautiful vacation apartment awaits you, exuding coziness and comfort. Warm colors, plenty of light, and a well-thought-out floor plan create a very special atmosphere, and a ventilation system ensures good air quality in all rooms through a constant exchange of fresh air. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, and the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.[nbsp] The living area features a cozy corner sofa bed and a TV. The adjoining dining area offers ample space for 6 people and blends harmoniously into the well-equipped kitchen-diner. The small south-facing balcony out front features 2 garden chairs, a small table, and 2 additional garden chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe; one of them has an additional TV. In addition to the modern bathroom with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and window, there is an additional guest restroom. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The washing machine is located in a separate storage room inside the apartment.
An outdoor staircase leads to the private entrance of the vacation rental. A parking space is located on the property right next to the house.
