Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send us a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

It’s time for your Baltic Sea vacation in this amazing dream home.
The price is based on occupancy by 2 people. The 3rd and 4th guests will be charged an additional €10 per night each!
Our stylishly furnished vacation apartment meets even the most discerning standards. The 75 m² duplex apartment is designed for a family with two children or for two couples and features 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm; upstairs, two single beds, each 90x200 cm, which can also be pushed together). Designed by a Hamburg-based architect, the vacation apartment features two separate levels and two attractive, separate bathrooms on each level. This means each group has two distinct, completely separate areas.
Do you enjoy the evening sun? Then relax on the loggia with a glass of fine wine. Let your gaze wander—out over the rooftops—and keep an eye out for owls. You can experience truly incredible things here!
Abansmeer! Treat your soul to a getaway on the Baltic Sea coast—and you’ll be amazed at how quickly it recharges—and you, too. (And if you just can’t resist, we do have Wi-Fi, of course ;-) TV and a DVD player are a given.
Our apartment features a small but perfectly equipped kitchenette tailored to your needs, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop. The entire apartment was completely renovated in July 2014 and furnished to modern standards.
The downstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom meets the highest standards. And if you ever have trouble falling asleep, please take a seat on the loggia and gaze up at the starry sky—there’s more to see there than you can dream of ;-))
Upstairs, the kids—or your friends—have a space all to themselves. With a large bathroom and a place to let your everyday worries drift away—a reading chair for authors? Romantics? Bon vivants? Do-gooders? Let yourself be surprised.
Oh, and of course, you’re also interested in the location. Close to the beach—just a 5- to 8-minute walk (250 meters) away. And very, very close to the new insider hotspot, the Wolkenlos restaurant. Let your gaze wander over the sea while sipping a cocktail—because vacation means relaxation—and more.
Another insider tip: For those who prefer something a bit more down-to-earth, here’s a tip for a beach bar [&] more: Reeteck—right around the corner from us—you’ll love it! And afterward, off to bed to dream gently of the Baltic Sea.
In the mood for a fishing village atmosphere? Then head to Niendorf! It’s a 15-minute walk away. Fish sandwiches, fishing boats, and freshly caught fish at the stalls. You can then prepare it yourself. Or do you feel like shopping [&] more? Then head to the center of Timmendorfer Strand. Chic—très chic—whichever you prefer. Our tip: Stop by Café Fitz for a punch (preferably melon punch) at Café Fitz—it’s delicious!
Enjoy your stay with us! We’ve furnished the apartment to make you feel just as comfortable as we do up here on the coast. And we’d be delighted if you enjoy it just as much as we do.

- You have access to a parking space of your choice on the property (please note that only ONE parking space is available).
- Laundry: A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
- Pets are not allowed
- Non-smoking vacation rental

The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

- Towel package: 12.47 EUR per stay
- High chair: 14.96 EUR per stay
