In die Jahre gekommen und eng...
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist in Ordnung. Ruhig gelegen und sehr strandnah. Zum Zentrum muss man allerdings ein Stückchen laufen. Zudem haben wir das Haus, trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen, sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist ausreichend mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungdbedürftig. An den Wänden sind viele Flecken, vermutlich durch platt gedrückte Insekten, dadurch wird der Eindruck erweckt, dass es schmutzig sei, auch wenn das nicht der Fall war. Steckdosen sind teilweise offen, was sehr gefährlich wird, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern dort haust.
Insgesamt bietet das Haus sehr wenig Platz und ist keinesfalls für 6 erwachsene Personen ausgelegt. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind derart klein, dass da geradeso zwei einzelne Betten reinpassen. Auch in den anderen Räumen kann man sich kaum bewegen, erst recht nicht, wenn man mit Kindern viel Gepäck dabei hat. Das Bad ist winzig und dort läuft die Dusche über. Man hätte wenigstens Mal einen Bodenabzieher platzieren können, da das Problem ja bekannt zu sein scheint.
Auch die Parksituation ist sehr schwierig. Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz etwa 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Beim Verladen vor dem Haus, wird man jedoch von einem unfreundlichen Rentner nebenan angepöbelt.
Der Keller scheint saniert zu sein und bietet ein großzügiges Bad mit Dusche. Allerdings ist die Deckenhöhe dort sehr gering und große Menschen müssen sich bücken zum Duschen. Außerdem ist ein großes Bullauge in der Tür, was ungünstig ist, wenn man das Haus mit Freunden mietet.
Für ein, zwei Nächte mit wenig Gepäck und viel auswärts sein, lässt es sich hier aushalten, jedoch verbreitet das Haus kein entspanntes Urlaubsfeeling und bietet sehr wenig für den Preis. Die Lage und eine Sauna, die man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sowieso nicht nutzt, rechtfertigen den Preis meiner Meinung nach zumindest nicht.
