High-quality 3-room duplex apartment on two levels in a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand, just 150 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the boardwalk. The vacation apartment is located between the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its exclusive shops, cafés, and diverse dining options—and the quaint Niendorf Harbor.
This spacious, lovingly renovated, and tastefully designed vacation apartment on the 2nd floor—featuring 2 balconies—offers ample space for 5 people across approximately 83 square meters. It features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and an adjoining balcony, another bedroom on the second level also with a double bed (180x200) and a TV, as well as an additional sleeping area in the connecting room, equipped with a single bed (90x200). All bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The centerpiece of the apartment is the bright, welcoming living room with a separate dining area. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a breakfast bar with bar stools. The living area opens onto the sunny south-facing balcony. The northwest-facing balcony is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom. The bright shower room features a towel warmer and natural light from a window.
