Enjoy the benefits of this central location: Shopping options are right on your doorstep, fine restaurants and cafés are just a short walk away, and the beach, the new Timmendorfer pier, and the endless Baltic Sea promenade are only about 250 meters away.

Dogs are warmly welcome in the vacation rental! The spa gardens are right on your doorstep, and the Timmendorfer dog beach is just a 15-minute walk away along the promenade. The dog shower in the basement, in particular, ensures your faithful companion is well taken care of.

The vacation rental is located on the second floor of a well-maintained vacation complex and, with its 2 rooms, offers space for two guests. The cozy sitting area invites you to relax together or enjoy cozy movie nights. Adjacent to it is the entrance to one of the furnished balconies. The dining table seats two people and is located right next to the kitchenette. Thanks to the excellent kitchen amenities, you can fully enjoy cooking. Next to the kitchen is the entrance to the second balcony. From the bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, you also have access to one of the balconies. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and a lighted mirror above the sink. The laundry room in the basement is particularly convenient for longer stays; you can use the washer and dryer for a fee. The vacation apartment is easily accessible by elevator. You can also enjoy the amenities of the wellness area in the basement.

The entertainment package includes the TV in the living room, a stereo system, and, of course, Wi-Fi access.
