About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

Are you looking for a vacation home in a central location close to the city? Then we can recommend the Kaufmannshof at Bergstraße 79 in Timmendorfer Strand. Here, you’ll be just a few steps away from the lively town center. Shops, cafés, and bars are only a few minutes’ walk away.
You can do your grocery shopping right in the neighborhood. An Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are within walking distance. You won’t even need your car to run errands. Everything is easily accessible. The beach is about 300 meters away.

There is an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a cozy dining area. A large bathroom with a shower and bidet, a separate guest restroom, and a large, furnished north-facing balcony round out this cozy vacation rental on the Baltic Sea.
