The SEASIDE 18 beach apartment, newly renovated and refurbished in 2021/2022, warmly welcomes you. SEASIDE 18 is a modern, high-quality 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand with a light-filled orangery (winter garden). It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children (a surcharge of €10 per night applies for the 3rd and 4th person).

• Central location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand with direct access to the spa promenade (via stairs) as well as to the supermarket and bakery—everything is within easy reach.

• Orangery-style sunroom for cozy wine evenings.
• 2 large Ambilight flat-screen TVs (70" + 55") with HD cable and Netflix, in case you love TV shows.

You can access the apartment via an outdoor staircase from the inner courtyard on the 2nd floor. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
You’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with built-in closets.
From there, you’ll enter the bright bedroom with a box-spring bed (full-length mattress, 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a 55" Ambilight flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet with a desk. The bedroom can be completely darkened using an exterior blind.
The modern shower room features a large rain shower, a hair dryer, and heated towel racks and floor heating.
The large dining/living area is sunny thanks to the glass front of the south/west-facing sunroom.
The very well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. You can enjoy your meals at the modern counter on comfortable bar stools.
The living area features a large sofa, a 70" Ambilight flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and an iPod docking station, as well as an Amazon Echo Show (Alexa) connected to the Amazon Music library.
The sunny orangery (conservatory) features an additional sofa bed for two people and is the perfect spot to relax. A table with additional seating is also available here.
An underground parking space is reserved for you. The guest is liable for the loss of the parking pass (€100).
Wi-Fi is also included for you (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
