About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
The Kaufmannshof is located right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. This new, centrally located residential and commercial building leaves nothing to be desired.
You’ll be staying in a very central location. You won’t even necessarily have to take your car out of the building’s underground parking garage to go grocery shopping. An Edeka grocery store and a pharmacy are located just a short distance away.
The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. The beautiful sandy beach is about 300 meters away.

The 3-bedroom apartment No. 1 is located on the first floor and has 2 separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm).
In addition, the Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment features a spacious living room with a leather sofa set, flat-screen TV, DVD player, a stereo system, an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a cozy dining area.
There is a large bathroom with a shower and bidet, as well as a separate guest restroom.
The very large, furnished balcony—similar to a rooftop terrace—facing southwest rounds out this beautiful vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.
