Welcome to Villa Mér Baltique, Apartment 20, a stylish retreat in a central yet quiet location in Timmendorfer Strand. Just about 150 meters from the town center and only 200 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished vacation apartment with 75 square meters of living space on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. From here, you can reach cafés, restaurants, and shopping options in about 450 meters, while the train station is conveniently located 1,500 meters away—ideal conditions for a varied stay.
The apartment accommodates up to two people and combines a separate bedroom with an open-concept living area. The living room features a dining area, a comfortable armchair and sofa, and a 55-inch Philips 4K UHD OLED Smart TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony with an awning that provides ample sun protection.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: a stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—all making it easy to prepare your own meals. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer.
From the large hallway, you can access the separate bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), another TV, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort in this beautiful apartment.
