Location
The Bädervilla is located right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand on Strandallee. In this new and centrally located residential and commercial building, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea. You’ll be staying in a very central part of town. You won’t even necessarily have to take your car out of the building’s underground parking garage just to go grocery shopping. An Edeka grocery store, a bakery, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. The beautiful sandy beach is about 100 meters away.

This completely renovated and modernly furnished Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental[nbsp][nbsp]measures 110 square meters, is located on the 2nd floor with a large south/west-facing balcony, and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The vacation apartment features a large living room with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area in the bay window; a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower; a guest restroom; a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher; and a spacious entryway. The two separate bedrooms in this vacation rental are each furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). Bedroom I also features a flat-screen TV. The large, furnished balcony facing southwest rounds out this very modern vacation rental in Timmendorfer Strand.
Special Features
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the vacation home. An underground parking space (height 2 m) is available for your car. The building also has an elevator that will take you comfortably up to the apartment.
A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in the building. One dog is allowed in this apartment upon prior notice.
This is a non-smoking vacation home.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

Please note that renovation noise may be expected in the building until the end of April 2026—work is scheduled to pause over the Easter holiday. The dentist’s office at Strandallee 84 is being expanded. In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the base room rate for the affected weekdays, to be applied upon checkout.
