Welcome to Villa Mér Baltique, Apartment 20, a stylish retreat in a central yet quiet location in Timmendorfer Strand. Just about 150 meters from the town center and only 200 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, a thoughtfully furnished vacation apartment with 75 square meters of living space awaits you on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. From here, cafes, restaurants, and shopping are just about 450 meters away, while the train station is conveniently located 1,500 meters away—ideal conditions for a varied and enjoyable stay.
The apartment accommodates up to two people and combines a separate bedroom with an open-concept living area. The living room features a dining area, a comfortable armchair and sofa, and a 55-inch Philips 4K UHD OLED Smart TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony with an awning that provides ample sun protection.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: a stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—all making it easy to prepare your own meals. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer.
From the large hallway, you can access the separate bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), another TV, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort in this beautiful apartment.
