The entryway is bright and inviting, featuring a coat rack with a mirror and a shoe rack.
On the first floor, the entryway leads into the light-filled living area. Here you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa set, a Samsung UHD TV with a soundbar, a gas fireplace, and an open dining area. You also have access to the furnished terrace through a large picture window.
You can also walk from the living area into the directly adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. With a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and more, you’ll want for nothing here.
The hallway also leads to a shower room, which features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. There is a small storage room under the stairs leading to the upper floor.
A naturally lit staircase leads to the upstairs hallway, from which another bathroom with a niche shower, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer combo is accessible.
