Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary drinks between 5-6pm each day were a really lovely touch too.

The room was all right in terms of facilities. The staff were mostly helpful. The location was fine. The bed was very comfortable.
The reception told us that due to our 4 night stay, we were being given a better room (713) but it seemed a little cramped and the view was through a slit of a window. The lack of a meal service doesn’t really suit us and the lack of a local shop for food was also matched by a lack of proper cooking facilities.
