Rooms are the perfect mix of modern and historical. Big windows, high ceilings and modern amenities.
Maybe an elevator. But not a big deal at all!

Location was perfect as it was close to where my daughter lives
View from my window was very pleasant
For price would have liked breakfast to be included

Great location. The bar and general ambience were lovely. Reception and bar staff were great.
The room I was in was tiny….small double, you’re not kidding!
I was locked out when I got back to the hotel at 12.30 at night, I eventually got someone to let me in by banging on a window! The “out of hours” door had been locked and there was no answer on the phone detailed on the front door 🤷🏻♂️
When booking, it stated “free parking” what it didn’t say…or I clearly missed, is that the free parking is on street and it’s an absolute bun fight to get a parking space upon arrival. Oh, and the free parking ends at 8.30am and thereafter, it’s £4.60 an hour.
