Close to good bars and restaurants
The parking fee and additional pet fee and having to check in and out yourself whilst someone stands there telling you what to press.

We loved the room, it was well appointed and was a great size, very roomy. The bed was also super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was great.
The management “nickel and dimed” us at every step. Cup of coffee in the lobby…3.5 pounds. Croissant…3.5 pounds… This stuff should be provided gratis when you are paying ~245 pounds per night for a room.

Good location. Good quality rooms and beds
Staff seemed poorly trained. Took an age to pay for the simplest item, water, drink etc. Hopeless IT. Dreadful choice of wines, not chilled, ran out of choices, rip off prices at £10 a glass (bottled).
Then we had the 06.55 fire alarm. Clearly not trained properly. Clueless. Microwave fire in Room 101. Arabs carrying suitcases down fire escapes. One of our party was an ex fire officer and was shocked at failures he saw.
Then the staff were more concerned about room numbers for giving a coffee. I went next door to the Yo Hotel. Appalling
