The detached house Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is located directly behind the dike, in a quiet cul-de-sac and exactly in the middle between the historic centre of Carolinensiel and the beach of Harlesiel. The property is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle with its idyllic promenade path, the historic Friedrichsschleuse drawbridge and the middle pier of the historic side-wheel steamer Concordia II is only 100m from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300m) and the Cliner Quelle spa centre (350m) with indoor pool, brine pool, sauna area and a variety of wellness offers are only a few steps away from the front door. Due to the central location, the historic centre of Carolinensiel with the idyllic museum harbour, or the North Sea beach of Harlesiel can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.

The holiday apartment Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 4 is located on the 1st floor of the completely renovated and well-insulated house. After a comprehensive core renovation, the newly designed holiday apartment has been available to holiday guests looking for a modern, maritime flair and upscale comfort since 2023.
Large skylights provide plenty of light and offer an optional blackout option. Another highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of traditional East Frisian tea or coffee in the morning with a breeze of fresh sea air. Comfortable seating is also available here.
The stylishly furnished apartment offers enough space for a total of 4 people on 43m². From the spacious hallway with wardrobe you can access the modern bathroom with toilet, washbasin, floor-level shower and hairdryer.
The master bedroom is generously sized and offers you a direct view towards the historic drawbridge and the dike. It is equipped with a double bed (180x200) with an open foot end. In the second bedroom you have a bunk bed (90x200 each). Both bedrooms have a wall cupboard and blackout options on all windows.
The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area with a total of 23m². Comfortable armchairs and a couch invite you to relax. Board games, a flat-screen TV with smart TV, DVD player and hi-fi system provide the right entertainment.
The dining area is designed for 4 people and is complemented by a high-quality kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a microwave, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a coffee machine (optionally pad or filter), a kettle, toaster and much more
In addition to the balcony with seating and parasol, the large lawn and the communal garden terrace with barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture are at your disposal. From the spacious entrance area of the house you have access to the free washing and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house on the firmly reserved car parking spaces. From spring 2024, we will also offer our guests a lockable bicycle garage including e-bike charging facilities.
