The Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 2 vacation rental is the perfect vacation home for sun worshippers, families, and anyone who appreciates being just a short walk from the North Sea and the historic museum harbor of Carolinensiel. The detached Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is located near the Friedrichsschleuse drawbridge, right in the middle between the sea and the town center. The spacious south-facing terrace with direct access to the garden, the bright living and dining area, and the open-concept kitchen create a particularly warm and inviting vacation atmosphere.

Spanning 52 m², this stylishly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment offers ample space for up to 5 people. Following a comprehensive renovation, the newly designed apartment has been available to vacationers since 2023, offering a modern, maritime ambiance, upscale comfort, and a quiet location directly behind the dike.

Apartment No. 2 at the Friesenhuus Carolinensiel features a spacious entryway with a coat closet and leads to the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area with a large window facing the patio and garden. Here, a cozy couch corner and a comfortable armchair invite you to relax. Entertainment is provided by board games, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system.

The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (either pod or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. The dining table comfortably seats up to 5 people.

The spacious master bedroom offers a direct view of the garden and is furnished with a 180 × 200 cm double bed with an open footboard. New mattresses with two different firmness levels, installed in 2026, ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom features a single bed and a bunk bed, each measuring 90 × 200 cm. This makes the room ideal for up to 3 children or, flexibly, for 2 adults. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and fly screens on the windows.

A special highlight of the apartment is the large, furnished south-facing terrace with direct access to the garden. It’s perfect for sunbathing, outdoor breakfasts, or a relaxing end to the day. Thanks to the balcony above, a parasol, and side privacy screens, you can enjoy pleasant privacy here.

The spacious garden, complete with a barbecue area, an additional parasol, and a large lawn, is available for shared use. From the entrance area of the house, you have access to the free laundry and drying room. You can conveniently park your car in the reserved parking space right next to the house.

Cyclists are also very welcome here: The property features a free, lockable bicycle garage that includes an e-bike charging station.

The detached Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a spacious lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic Friedrichsschleuse drawbridge, and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just about 50 meters away.

Numerous playgrounds are located about 300 meters away. The Cliner Quelle spa center, featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings, is only about 350 meters away. Thanks to its central location, you can easily walk to the historic town center of Carolinensiel with its idyllic museum harbor. The North Sea beach in Harlesiel is also within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk.
