The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and exactly halfway between the historic town center of Carolinensiel and the beach at Harlesiel. The property is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic drawbridge “Friedrichsschleuse,” and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 meters from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 meters) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa center (350 meters)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town center of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbor—or the North Sea beach at Harlesiel (a 10-minute walk) are all within walking distance.

At the Friesenhuus Carolinensiel Vacation Rental No. 1, enjoy a fresh sea breeze and a breathtaking sunrise on the spacious terrace right from breakfast.

This stylishly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and, with 56 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. Following a comprehensive renovation, the newly designed vacation rental has been available since 2023 to guests seeking a modern, maritime atmosphere and upscale comfort.

The Friesenhuus No. 1 is the largest vacation rental in the building and features a spacious entryway with a coat closet, providing access to the modern bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer. The master bedroom is generously sized and offers a direct view of the dike. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200) with an open footboard. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90x200). Both bedrooms have a built-in closet and blackout curtains.

The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area, totaling 23 m². Comfortable armchairs and a couch invite you to relax. Board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system provide plenty of entertainment. The dining area seats 4 people and is directly adjacent to the apartment’s separate kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pods or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. Through the large window, you have a direct view of the furnished patio with a patio umbrella even while cooking, and you can use it as a serving hatch for a cozy breakfast outdoors.

The garden, complete with a barbecue area and spacious lawn, is available for shared use. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the free laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the reserved parking spaces. Starting in spring 2024, we’ll also offer our guests a lockable bike garage that includes e-bike charging.

Our goal is to provide our guests with the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. That’s why free Wi-Fi is just as much a given for us as made-up beds, a free linens package including shower and hand towels, and a reserved parking spot in front of the house.

Starting in spring 2024, a lockable bike garage with e-bike charging stations will be available for our guests.
