The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and exactly halfway between the historic town center of Carolinensiel and the beach at Harlesiel. The property is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic drawbridge “Friedrichsschleuse,” and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 meters from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 meters) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa center (350 meters)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town center of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbor—or the North Sea beach at Harlesiel (a 10-minute walk) are all within walking distance.

Vacation Rental No. 5 at Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is located on the 1st floor of the building. Following a two-year renovation, this modern vacation rental has been available to guests since 2023, offering a contemporary, maritime atmosphere and upscale comfort.

With a total area of 51 m², the Friesenhuus No. 5 offers families, couples, or solo travelers a stylish setting for their vacation in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel. The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people plus one toddler up to 3 years old.

Of particular note is the open and spacious living and dining area with access to the south-facing balcony. On the 14-square-meter balcony, comfortable seating invites you to sunbathe and relax. A beach umbrella is also available for your use. In addition to a bright and spacious couch area with entertainment options (flat-screen TV with Smart TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system), you’ll find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area for up to 4 people.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (either pod or filter), a kettle, toaster, and much more.

The master bedroom faces south and offers enough space for a rollaway bed for babies. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200) with an open footboard, a built-in closet, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom features two twin beds (90x200) and a built-in closet. A large skylight offers a view of the stars and is equipped with a blackout blind.

The generously sized hallway features a spacious mirrored cabinet and a coat rack. From here, you can access the modern bathroom, which features a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.

In addition to the large, furnished south-facing balcony—which includes a patio umbrella—you have free use of the large lawn and the shared garden terrace, complete with barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the reserved parking spaces. Starting in spring 2024, we’ll also be offering our guests a lockable bike garage with e-bike charging capabilities.
