The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and exactly halfway between the historic town center of Carolinensiel and the beach at Harlesiel. The property is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic drawbridge “Friedrichsschleuse,” and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 meters from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 meters) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa center (350 meters)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town center of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbor—and the North Sea beach at Harlesiel are both within a 10-minute walk.

Unit No. 6 is located on the 1st floor of the building. Following a comprehensive renovation, the vacation rental has been available for rent since 2023 and offers a modern, maritime atmosphere and upscale comfort.
At 40 m², Unit No. 6 is the smallest vacation rental in the building but it may well promise its guests the most beautiful evenings in the west-facing living and dining room, as well as on the spacious west-facing balcony with comfortable seating. Round out your day at the beach here with a drink or a snack and watch the breathtaking sunset over the dike.
The stylishly furnished vacation rental offers plenty of space for a total of 4 people. With two bedrooms—one featuring a double bed (180x200) and the other two single beds—the vacation rental is ideal for families with two children or couples. Both bedrooms have practical built-in closets and blackout curtains. Thanks to the two bedrooms, it is ideally suited for 4 people.
From the spacious hallway with a coat rack, you enter the modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.
The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area, totaling just under 20 m². Comfortable armchairs and a couch invite you to relax and offer an unobstructed view of the dike landscape. Entertainment is provided by board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats 4 people and is complemented by a high-quality kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pods or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more.
In addition to the balcony with seating and a parasol, you have free access to the large lawn and the shared garden terrace with barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the permanently reserved parking spaces. Starting in spring 2024, we’ll also be offering our guests a lockable bicycle garage, including e-bike charging stations.
