About this apartment rental
This comfortable 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony in Building B of the “Strandglück” complex, was completed in early summer 2013 and is easily accessible by elevator. It’s just a few steps to the beach, the pedestrian promenade, or the spa gardens.
The apartment features a modern living/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV (cable), radio via TV, Wi-Fi, unlimited internet access, a dining area for 3 people, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (Senseo coffee maker, egg cooker, dishwasher, oven/grill/microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The separate bedroom features a double bed (box spring bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, one continuous mattress), a second flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and blackout blinds. The modern shower room/toilet with a washing machine and hair dryer rounds out this beautiful apartment.
The apartment includes one underground parking space (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m). A private storage locker in the basement is available for storing bicycles. The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building B, was completed in the summer of 2013. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa gardens or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa gardens, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
