This high-quality, modernly furnished 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, at Ostseestr. 10, on the 2nd floor, with a northwest-facing balcony, is located in Building A, "Strandglück," and is easily accessible by elevator. It offers comfortable amenities. A welcoming living-dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, stereo system, a dining area for 3 people, and the state-of-the-art luxury kitchen with all appliances and a coffee machine invite you to relax and unwind. From the living room and the bedroom, you have access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the lake as well as the beautiful view of the spa gardens. The bedroom features a high-quality double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second flat-screen TV. The elegant shower room, equipped with a glass corner shower stall, completes the apartment. Outdoor parking space.
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully designed “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spots are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
