This comfortable 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a southwest-facing balcony, is part of the new "Strandglück" building, House C, and is easily accessible by elevator.
It features a modern living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (cable), radio, a dining area for 2–4 people, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator). Free Wi-Fi allows you to connect to the internet wirelessly :-). The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The modern shower room with a toilet and washer-dryer round out the apartment’s amenities. An underground parking space is available for guests (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m). The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away.

An elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa gardens or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
