This comfortable 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony and seasonal lake views, is in the "Strandglück" complex, Building C, and is easily accessible by elevator. It features a modern living/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV (cable), DVD/Blu-ray player, compact stereo system, dining area for 2–4 people, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The separate bedroom features a double bed and a second flat-screen TV. The modern, barrier-free shower room/toilet with a washing machine and hair dryer rounds out this beautiful apartment. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. An underground parking space and a private bicycle storage room are available (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m). The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. A seasonal beach chair is available free of charge from May 1 to September 15, 2026. Pets are not allowed. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
