This tasteful and modern 3-room penthouse apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring a southwest-facing balcony, is located in Building 6. The elevator provides convenient access to the 3rd floor, where this non-smoking apartment is located. It features a spacious living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc.). The modern living area features a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable seating area. A 3D flat-screen TV with 4 pairs of 3D glasses, an iPod docking station, internet connection and Wi-Fi, a hi-fi/CD player, and a Blu-ray player are provided. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a second flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms can be darkened with matching pleated blinds. The apartment also features a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living room and the kitchen, you can step out onto the large balcony, which faces southwest and offers a partial view of the spa gardens. An underground parking space is available for guests. The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m! Pets are not allowed.

Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
