This stunningly beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, bathed in sunlight from morning to night, is located on the 1st floor with a southwest-facing balcony in the “Strandglück” Building C.
The like-new, modern apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It features a modern living/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa (1.20 m x 200 m), a flat-screen TV (cable), Wi-Fi included, radio, a dining area for 2–4 people, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator). From the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy a partial lake view. The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfortable amenities. An underground parking space is available for guests (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m).
Located close to the beach in a very central area, the beautifully designed pedestrian promenade and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
