We heard so much about this property and were overwhelmed by it's beauty, tranquility and overall experience. We dined in our kimonos in our room with lovely service and food. My daughter had a massage and I had a facial while we were there and they were outstanding. It's very close to be transported to the volcanic valley which was an extra treat.

We had a wonderful stay at Gora Kadan. It was the highlight of our Japan trip. The experience from start to finish was perfect, check in, dinner, breakfast all with impeccable service. Our room was quiet with plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing stay after four days in bustling Tokyo. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Our room attendant was gracious and helpful. Private onsen was magical.
