The hotel is inside the Xiva castle so everything is really close. Xiva is small so you can see everything easily within a day. The hotel was very well looked after, we liked it a lot. Our room was very big with two wonderfully comfortable beds. The bathroom was renovated, in excellent condition and very clean. The hotel owners were really polite, helpful with everything and they spoke great English. Oh, and don't forget the breakfast! It was very good and fulfilling.
One thing that I personally found kind of funny but may trouble other visitors though, that's why I'm mentioning it here, is that the view from our window in our particular room was the stone/brick wall of the next house which is less than a meter from our window. But, I guess, you can ask for a different room if you mind this.
Also, please note that there is no elevator so in case you have mobility problems ask for a room downstairs.

Cea mai bună cazare pe care am avut-o în Uzbekistan. Este amplasată excelent în orașul vechi, într-o zonă liniștită, este foarte curată, camerele sunt mari și are o terasă frumoasă pe acoperiș cu priveliște frumoasă. Personalul (care crded de altfel ca sunt și proprietarii, fiind o afacere de familie),/e amabil, binevoitor și de ajutor.
Totul a fost excelent.

La posizione della struttura, all’interno delle mura, è ottima per muoversi agevolmente nella zona storica e anche per tornare eventualmente a riposare un po’ durante la giornata.
Tutto è lindo e fresco, ottime le manutenzioni e tutto questo è apprezzabile davvero. Una menzione speciale per i letti, che sono piuttosto rigidi ma comodissimi e con materassi di alta qualità, una vera rarità! La colazione ha gli standard uzbeki (pochissimo dolce, purtroppo), ma diciamo sufficiente, i gestori sono cortesi e gentilissimi
