Muito confortável. Localização excelente, no meio da cidade murada. Café da manhã delicioso, quarto espaçoso e limpo. Voltaria aqui!

Great location in the old city walls of Khiva, easy to walk everywhere. Nice selection at breakfast (eggs, bread, fruit). The mum was lovely and spoke basic English. They also offer tours around.
Bed was a bit hard but I think that is common in Uzbekistan.

Les hôtes sont gentils, serviables et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est parfait pour un séjour à Khiva, à proximité de la station de train ce qui est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié. Nous recommandons!
Rien à dire

It's clean, the staff seems to be friendly, and helpful (but not true).
Location in old town.
The breakfast is tasty but very very modest.
The positive reviews of this property are greatly exaggerated.
The standard of the property and the value for money doesn't match to the average rating (9,4).
Small bathroom with a movable toilet, no space.
And suprise:
polite approach to the guests is an illusion that disappears in the the moment when problems arise and manager turns into an arrogant and brazen individual.
