Close to the Beach & Central Location
The vacation rental is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach and has good road access. The town center of trendy Timmendorfer Strand, with its many restaurants, cafés, and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Dogs
Of course, you shouldn’t have to leave your faithful four-legged friend behind while on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade is perfect for long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf, and Scharbeutz/Haffkrug all have beautiful dog-friendly beaches where your dog can run around freely. The nearby nature reserve around Hemmelsdorfer Lake is ideal for peaceful walks.

The “Strandgefühl” vacation apartment offers space for up to three people across two floors and is conveniently accessible by elevator. The cozy living and dining room invites you to relax together. The stylish kitchen has everything you could want. The dining area for four people forms the center of the living space. One of the two sofas can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00 meters) in no time at all. From here, you can step out onto one of the sunny balconies, which is equipped with a dining area. Also located on the lower level of the vacation rental is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which immediately opens onto the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 meters wide). The cozy reading nook rounds out this peaceful retreat. From here, you’ll reach the crowning jewel of the vacation rental: the second balcony with comfortable lounge furniture—pure sunshine awaits you here!

The room in the attic is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access is also part of the entertainment package.

The 45 m² of space is optimally utilized across two floors with high-quality and charming furnishings. The modern country-style furnishings create a very cozy and homey atmosphere. Underfloor heating throughout the lower level provides additional comfort.
