Accessible to The City. Easy check in/out. Parking available. Lovely Breakfast at a really good price. Friendly staff.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean but nothing else was negative.

The check-in, sleep, location of the hotel were really good.
The shower provided hot water only for a few minutes, at least in my room. The room was cold.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for our one night stay from Norfolk before going on to London City Airport.
The only downside for us was the stairs, we knew the wasn't a lift.but the stairs we're a little difficult for my husband.

Definitely the location for Excel is perfect and we needed to be there for a fair, plus the free parking was great
Super staff!!!
We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom at all! That’s definitely lowering a lot all the scores, dust quite a lot everywhere and a broken curtain!
The staff were incredible and accommodating with the water issue.
