Close to de airport, clean and service was very good

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had quite few options and tasted really nice. It’s also positioned quite well for getting to Excel London and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay.
The sockets were positioned quite weirdly in the room. There was only one next to the bed and it was an European socket + USB ports.
The English sockets were in the “living room”. Just made it a bit difficult charging our phones and doing our haunt in the morning since we had no mirrors near the sockets.
Secondly, parking. The parking signage is misleading and without care, you’ll get a fine by parking in the wrong car park which belongs to another hotel/apartment.

I loved the warm reception from the hotel staff and the complimentary cocktail for us all was a very generous touch, we weren't expecting that at all! The room was lovely, the aesthetics were great and the breakfast the next morning was very enjoyable too. I'd definitely come and stay here again.
I can't think of anything negative about our stay.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great for working at Excel.
After the first night of a four day stay the air conditioning stopped working in the room holding a temperature of 25+ degrees effecting my ability to sleep.
