I was staying here for an event at the excel which I was selling merchandise at. I had some trouble with my stock and had to ship a few boxes direct to the hotel last minute. They were very helpful and quick to respond to queries before we arrived, and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. I really appreciate we were inconveniencing them as we had some other complications with our luggage as well, but they didn't make us feel like a burden or annoyance at all, everyone went out of their way to assist and make us feel comfortable all weekend.
I was so stressed about this event, but the friendly atmosphere the guys at reception had really helped calm me down and made a huge difference, I can't thank you guys enough really!

As soon as we arrived there was someone to welcome us. So nice and friendly. Complimentary food (fruit, croissants and water.
It was quite small.

Very friendly staff, booked last minute as going to the O2. Very convenient

We had airconditioning and the room was cleaned every day.
It was super far away from the city center, the bathroom had white stains and a weird smell was coming from the drains. Outside is not the best neighborhood, so we didn’t feel safe walking around at night, even just coming home from the metro.
