It was very easy to find near the airport
The room is very small

Perfect hotel for airport access, with excellent bus services close by. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was more than adequate for a one night stay. It is great value for money with complementary tea and coffee provided in the room.
Perhaps a few more towels or at least one more.

It’s very close to London City Airport, so no hassle to reach hotel, staff was friendly. Breakfast was custom made as well
Toilet in bathroom was a joke, literally no space to sit, one side shower glass and other side hand wash. It wasn’t smelling good as well.
