Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Swimming pool suitable for children. Restaurant food was very nice with friendly service.
Don’t mind waiting 40mins for lunch served in the bar area but the children’s doughnuts/fruit fondue then took another 40 mins to arrive after ordering. I also had to ask for it to be chased up.

Location was good and breakfast was plentiful
Staffing levels in some areas could have been better and restaurant was quite pricey for what you got although it was very tasty.

Leisure facilities good. Breakfast nice and didn't feel rushed. Lounge rooms nice and spacious and quiet.
It would have been nice to have a option to play 9 holes of golf. As travelling with my partner (who doesn't play) a 9 hole option would have been an ideal for our timings.
The gym needs someone on hand to do a quick induction and to explain the machinery (for example everyday at a certain time). My partner (who is a member of a gym) felt uncomfortable in using the facilities without someone from the hotel spending 5 minutes with her initially. She therefore didn't use the gym which was very disappointing for her.

The location the staff friendly, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.
The food and service poor. We waited to long for our food we had young children with us. So sat at the bottom of the bar area so not to disturb other adults. We were forgotten about and had to move into the busier bar area. We also moved as it was cold. You need a family area as this area not really suitable for children in the early evening. Only adult cutlery for them to use so another disappointment as you advertise family breaks. When our food arrived again disappointing the price of the food was not reflective of the quality. Consequently we ate on our second night which wasnt our plan. Chairs in the bar were shabby and worn .
