Great location. Spacious room. Free glass of champagne on arrival.
Parking wasn’t free. Also, they charged £2 each to rent umbrellas!

Great staff - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We travelled with dogs and they could not have been more helpful
Room was excellent , bar and food was great
With dogs it will be out go to in Newcastle, a little close to a busy road and not on the Quayside

What a beautiful and unusual hotel. There are way too many unique features to lust. But truly well worth a visit if anyone stays in Newcastle.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike
