Modern, clean and in a quieter area of London.
The amount of Mirrors in the rooms and the type of pillow originally issued, but they help solve the pillow issue.

The location
The receptionist took our passports upon arrival and went to the staff office. I realized with some delay that she had left with our passports and asked that she returns. She pretended she did nothing with them, we'll see. The passports were checked one by one, the card was validated upon arrival, despite the fact that we did online checkin and were only supposed to take the key. Air-conditioning was not working at all in the room. No toilet brush in the room. The braskfast had little food, most of the time stuff was missing. They only has one small plateau of one each of the two types of cheese and one type of ham. So, very little.
