The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to Covent Garden but a quiet oasis. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Slow service at breakfast. The quality of the food was great but sometimes you wait too long even for a coffee.

Cool vibe, staff are friendly, breakfast was good, room was quiet. Location is nice in Covent Garden
Rooms are more basic vs other 5 star properties in the area when the price is on par. No bath in the room. No wifi access in my room, meaning I had to move but without offer of upgrade for the inconvenience. Wasted quite some time during a work trip.
