The hotel is in a great location, very walkable. On site restaurants offer delicious French cuisines.

The landmark building was beautiful and a great location for museums and theaters.
We like everything and everyone of the staff.

The Sofitel St James is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the location, which is an easy walk to so many of London’s main attraction.
The staff accommodated our family with ease and offered amazing care and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities.
The interior design of the hotel looks a bit wild online but it’s so great in person - they really know how to pick wallpaper.
No notes.

despite the fact we had confirmed booking, the hotel gave our rooms away. they wanted to transfer us to another hotel. after refusing they found an option in lower class rooms. taking into account we stayed more than 20 times in this hotel already (so far our experience was always outstanding), being treated as a second class guest was more than frustrating. not sure if we will book again. super sad
