We were greeted with huge smiles as we entered the hotel from the pouring rain and immediately offered a towel to dry off and a warm drink. The hotel is in prime position and near to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and especially the fresh waffles!

Location was perfect. Lots of towels available to use and plenty of tea and coffee items in the room. Plus free tea and coffee in reception 24 hours.
A toaster would have been useful in the kitchen area and beds were very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well at all.

Great location. Great facilities
‘Some’ of the staff are rude unhelpful, plain lazy and are just a block to all questions. We gave the hotel a second chance in the same 4 week period after making a complaint about the same staff member a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately we had the same issue with him again. You’d think a $13000 spend in 4 weeks would warrant some kind of customer service but he simply says no to all requests and tells the customer they are wrong without any investigation. We left for the second time today and won’t be returning. I complained the first time and very clearly management dont care about the customer either as nothing changed except a bowl of fruit amd a sorry card we will do better this time but they didn’t. It’s a shame because the location and facilities are great. Some of the other staff were embarrassed to have to try to support their colleague knowing he had openly lied to us. The Manager wouldn’t even come and speak with us. What a disgrace.
